Terms of Delivery



The products in this online store are sold by Sunda Systems Oy (1907385-9). We sell products to private persons and companies. All prices are in Euros and include VAT of 24%. Sunda Systems Oy reserves the right to change product prices.

Purchasing products

Purchasing through our online store is safe and easy. To purchase any of the items, click the Add to basket button on the product page. Then click Check Out. Your order will be accepted and processed after you have given your contact information and made a successful payment. Once you complete your order, we will send you via e-mail a confirmation acceptance and receipt of your order containing the details of your purchase. We keep your order data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Payment methods

You can pay with the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. You can also pay using the netbank payment services of the following banks operating in Finland: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, SPankki, Ålandsbanken.

If you want to pay with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, acts Sunda Systems Oy only as the marketer of services and products and delivers the products to buyers. Paytrail Oyj is responsible for reclamations.

Paytrail Oyj acts as the seller in Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard payments and the deal is made between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. The seller is responsible for all deal related obligations. Paytrail Oyj is also the payment recipient.

Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.


Once your order has been accepted, we'll immediately email you the login information or registration key which is needed for using the ordered service/product. In addition, you'll receive a web address for downloading and installing software needed in the service/product. Make sure that the email address you give us is correct. Sunda Systems Oy does not check the validity of the email address.

Right of return

The subscription to the translation service cannot be cancelled nor the monies refunded once the service has commenced following the consumer’s consent.
